Offer a holistic approach to wellness, including fitness classes, adventure activities, behavioral education, spiritual guidance, and community philanthropy. Our mission is to promote life's positivity by rejuvenating the Body, Mind, and Spirit, combining online fitness enhancements with real-life adventure experiences.
We are a donation-based recovery and aftercare program. We pair online fitness and recovery models with live in-person adventure experiences at the end of our programs. We encourage people to begin this integrated, transformative reclamation journey with a 90-day commitment to the physical body using the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal training fitness modalities, while simultaneously utilizing trauma/addiction-aware recovery steps to overcome mindset and spiritual obstacles.
An in-person adventure & mission trip is available for the Life Adventurer's Fellowship Group during the last 10 days of the program, where participants celebrate the completion of the program together. Ongoing care includes access to the Life Adventurer's Alumni group, And Avodah Program which helps to mentor members of the Fellowship Group through online and live events, as well as community and humanitarian development activities at live event locations. We contract our adventures with local businesses in alignment with alcohol and drug free lifestyles.
Q: Do I need to know how to surf, hike, bike or whatever we are going to do?
A: No, we local guides that teach you how when you arrive or you can enjoy waterfalls, workouts and beach walks. Any specific activities are up to you to enjoy.
Q: How do we get around in any remote areas?
A: Our driver picks you up and takes you on a tour from the airprort to your final destination,
everything is arranged for you.
Q: What if I hate working out or don't workout at all?
A: This is the perfect encouraging group to learn new joyful habits for your body, your mind and
your spirit, we do it together!
